Soroptimist International

Soroptimist International, Croydon and District, have chosen the Helena Kennedy Foundation as their current charity and have been fundraising for us over the past year.  Baroness Helena Kennedy QC hosted a celebratory lunch for them at the House of Lords on Thursday 19 November 2009 to celebrate their 75th Anniversary.  Patricia Painting, President, presented Helena and Ann with a cheque for £2000, and said they are aiming to raise another £1000 for HKF by April 2010.  We are very grateful to them for all their fundraising efforts.
