HKF at AOC Annual Conference

The Helena Kennedy Foundation exhibited at the AoC’s Annual Conference which tackles the big issues currently facing the further education sector.  High profile visitors to the HKF stand included Lord Mandelson, pictured here talking to Frank McLoughlin and Kat Fletcher, HKF Trustees, and Ellen Dawson, HKF Director.  Ruby Wax, who performed at the Foundation's 10th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, also called in to see us as she was one of the speakers at the conference.  

Each year at the AOC conference, HKF chooses one of its award winners as HKF Student Ambassador of the Year and we are delighted to announce that this year the winner was Mohammed Abdi, currently working as a doctor in London.  Mohammed is featured on the website in the Student Success Stories.
