The deadline to submit an application for a Helena Kennedy Foundation bursary is fast approaching!
The Helena Kennedy Foundation exists to overcome social injustice by providing financial bursaries, mentoring and support to disadvantaged students from the further and adult education sectors, enabling them to complete their studies in higher education and move on successfully into employment.
Applicants have until 4pm on May 12th to apply, here are 5 reasons why you should consider submitting an application:

Financial Support– Successful applicants will receive a bursary of £2,250 provided in instalments to support them during their University studies

A named contact at The Foundation – A member of the HKF team will be on hand to provide advice, support and guidance.

Access to training sessions – Access to free training sessions geared towards improving the skills you need throughout university and employment

Work placement opportunities – We can help organise work placements for students to help you gain experience and make contacts.

Post studies support – We continue to work with students beyond their studies to support and celebrate your achievements
